Karla Echeverria is a Bilingual Professional (Spanish - English) with over 20 years of relevant experience in the field of Machine Learning and Data Science. Currently, she is working as a Sr. Machine Learning Data Associate - Alexa Shopping at Amazon, where she is responsible for leading the Audit Team that focuses on improving the ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and CX (Customer Experience) for English and Spanish locales. Karla has an extensive background in working with text, speech, and other types of data at a large scale, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators using in-house tools and software.
