Karolina Kuczko is a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience in the implementation and integration of IT systems in the insurance industry. She specializes in delivering IT solutions that support business processes and scaled agile project management. Karolina has worked with various clients across Europe, including Poland, UK, Austria, Norway, Finland, and Russia, delivering package insurance solutions. Currently, Karolina is working as a Solution Consultant at Guidewire Software, where she helps insurers with technology. In her role, she leverages her extensive experience in the insurance industry to support clients in understanding insurance trends and evolving markets. She also gathers requirements for the Guidewire system implementation, both from the back office and the portal's perspective. Karolina is passionate about driving the quality agenda and is running BA training to support building Guidewire expertise within local EY and client resources. Prior to joining Guidewire Software, Karolina worked as a Senior Manager at PwC and as a Manager at EY. At EY, she was part of the Technology Enabled Transformations department - Guidewire Center of Excellence, where she supported complex large-scale business transformation programs in the insurance sector. Her role involved driving delivery and shaping IT solutions, among other responsibilities. Karolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie, a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna im. Aleksandra Gieystora w Pułtusku, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Positive Psychology in Organisation from Uniwersytet SWPS.
