Karoly Holczhauser is a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Order Management System at StockX. Karoly was asked to take over the Order Management team in September 2022, as their delivery was behind schedule. He quickly familiarized himself with the domain, developed excellent relationships with team members, and helped the team to start the implementation phase. During his tenure with this team, Karoly restored the team morale and presented senior management with a confident delivery date and roadmap. Karoly has a proven track record of delivering results. He shifted the team mindset from planning to delivery, set a north-star vision for the team with clear milestones, and created a confident roadmap with TPM partnership. He also managed an under-performing colleague, demonstrating his ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
