Kartheek Nagasuri is a seasoned technology professional with over 16 years of experience in the field. He is currently the CTO at Artium, where he is responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for the company. Kartheek is currently hiring for multiple roles, including product designers, front-end engineers, and full-stack engineers, and encourages interested individuals to get in touch with him. Prior to joining Artium, Kartheek co-founded lilTriangle, an all-in-one SAAS software for preschools to manage school and parent communication. He ideated, created, managed, executed, and implemented the business plan for the company, which is now used by over 1200 preschools and 1.5 lakh parents across India. He built a strong team of 12 people and delivered a quality product with a customer rating of 4.5 stars. Kartheek also developed new sales team associates in products, selling techniques, and reached 1200+ customers across India. Before lilTriangle, Kartheek worked for Honeywell as a Senior Advanced Mobile Supervisor, where he defined the vision of the Mobile COE for Honeywell Building Technologies. He experimented, adopted, and implemented React Native for key products at Honeywell Security and was able to complete Honeywell Security flagship Intelligent Command app from scratch to delivery in record 7 months. He handled technology, architecture, cyber security, and team management for the Intelligent Command app. Kartheek holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science from Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU). He completed his high school education at APRSK. Kartheek's tech stack includes senior software engineering, product design, design, front-end, mobile, and React Native. He is passionate about transforming hard work from parents and teachers into smart work and has built a parent-teacher collaboration app that focuses on children's safety and development. Kartheek believes in saving time for the most important things in life and promises to do so through his app.
