Prior to his current role, he served as the Manager, APAC University Talent Acquisition and the University Recruiting Leader at Uber. In these roles, he was responsible for driving the university recruitment strategy, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering top talent to the organization. Kartheek has a strong educational background, having earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He also holds a High School degree from Vikas Junior College and a Secondary School degree from Takshasila Public School.
