Karthick Narayanan is a highly experienced system programmer and network/WiFi developer with over 13 years of experience in product development. He has worked extensively on wireless protocols such as 802.11 mac and protocols including 802.11, 802.1x, 802.11r, 802.11w, 802.11v, CAPWAP, 802.11i (WPA/WPA2), IP, DHCP, TCP/IP, and UDP. Karthick is an expert in C, Data Structures, gdb, debugging, and RCA. He has advanced knowledge in working on unreproducible bugs with Gdb and extensive experience in L2 high-speed wireless roaming. Karthick has hands-on development experience in Wpa supplicant and is a strong coder, debugger, and early adopter of algorithms. He has a strong knowledge of operating systems, userspace, and communication with kernel space. Karthick is an inquisitive and detail-oriented developer who has worked on multi-threaded applications. Currently, Karthick works as a Lead Engineer (Expert consultant) at Sky. He has previously worked as a Software Engineer IV at Cisco and as an Engineering Lead at Mojo Networks. At Mojo Networks, he was part of the enterprise access point team and was involved in designing and developing multiple RRM features like channel selection and distribution across access points. He was also a core member of the 3-radio client diagnostics implementation based on QCA chipset, owning all driver changes. Karthick holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras - D.G.Vaishnav College Arumbakkam.
