Prior to joining OEC, he worked as a Senior Process Executive at Cognizant and as a Technical Support Engineer at CSS Corp. These roles have equipped him with a range of skills, including process management, technical support, and problem-solving. Karthickeyan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University. During his time at Tagore Engineering College, he developed a strong foundation in his field of study and gained valuable experience through various projects and internships. In his current role at OEC, Karthickeyan is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring that processes are running smoothly. He is highly skilled in project management, data analysis, and process improvement, and is always seeking new ways to optimize efficiency and productivity. Outside of work, Karthickeyan is a passionate bike lover and enjoys exploring new places on his motorcycle. He is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
