Karthik Bashakarla is a result-oriented Software Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in UI development, Containerisation, Container Orchestration and Source Code Management. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Technovert, where he is helping companies build enterprise software products. Karthik is on a path to become a Full Stack Web/Mobile App Developer and has a good knowledge of TypeScript, Micro Frontend, and other web development technologies. Karthik is interested in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, VR, AR, Quantum Technology, and Astronomy. In his previous role as a Software Engineer - Frontend at Vume Interactive Pvt Ltd, Karthik built the admin panel using `Ant Design Pro` for aggregating the data produced by different games. He optimized it to load faster on the web and integrated the charts made from the analytics tool `Metabase` into the admin panel. This helped the client to manage data generated from different games in an easy and efficient manner, thereby saving a lot of time. As a Site Reliability Engineer at NCR Corporation, Karthik built customized slackbots using Python, JavaScript, Slack API, and slackbot framework. He deployed this to Google Kubernetes Engine using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Cloud build, and Google Container Registry. This helped several teams to create and manage their ServiceNow incidents right from slack, thereby saving their time. He also assisted dev teams in deploying their applications using Kubernetes and automated deployment of applications into the cloud using Harness CI/CD and python scripting. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology. He also has a Higher Secondary Certificate in Maths Physics Chemistry from Narayana Junior College and a Secondary School Certificate from St. Alphonsa's High School.
