Karthik C Jannu is a seasoned Data Science and Analytics professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. He is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Analytics & Data Science at Imarticus Learning, an EdTech company. In his current role, Karthik is responsible for building a 20-member team of Data Scientists, Program Managers, and Data Science Coaches for training delivery, program management, and analytics consulting. He primarily handles the entire Analytics/Data Science vertical and also manages smaller entities like Digital Marketing, Cyber Security, and FSD. Karthik has previously worked with Amazon, where he served as the Knowledge Alexa AI - ANZ Region Head, leading the PM and Analytical efforts for Alexa AI (Knowledge Domain) for ANZ region to help Alexa get smarter. He also helped boost the ANZ engagement metrics through various analytical experiments and A/B testing to reach a wider customer base. Karthik was also the PM II - Pricing Analytics at Amazon, where he helped prioritize and audit ~5K high leverage global pricing configurations and enabled the detection and correction of pricing anomalies that impacted ~10% of WW Retail GVs.
