Karthik Narayanan is an accomplished entrepreneur, product manager, and engineer with over 15 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. Currently, he is the co-founder of inai, a company that provides the best checkout experience by offering globally popular payment methods with a single integration. Karthik is responsible for managing and optimizing the payments stack with a no code dashboard. Before inai, Karthik was the co-founder of Auro, a Spotify-like platform for fitness enthusiasts that offers personalized audio podcasts of boutique-style fitness classes. He successfully built a vibrant community around Auro, making it a fun and social platform for fitness enthusiasts. Karthik's previous experience also includes working as a Senior Chief Engineer at Samsung, where he led a team of R&D engineers and managed various projects related to media analytics and recognition. He has a broad range of experience in image processing, computer vision, machine/deep learning, recommender systems, and computational photography. He also has experience in research-to-market product lifecycles and has handled parts of large projects, including Bixby vision AI camera, Social mode, camera auto-enhancement, and others. Karthik has a strong educational background, having completed his MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University in 2005. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Madras and has completed his high school education from DAV Boys Senior Secondary School, Chennai, R.S. K Higher Secondary School, and National Public School, Bangalore. Karthik's tech stack includes integration, product management, mobile, computer vision, AI, image processing, deep learning, and research scientist.
