Striim is an end-to-end streaming data integration and operational intelligence platform. It provides continuous processing and streaming analytics. It has a flow designer which is a visual pipeline builder and distributed deployment manager to create and monitor streaming applications. It also has interactive dashboards for data exploration powered by push-based, ad-hoc SQL queries on fast, streaming data. It is built using patent-pending proprietary technology. eBeam software (KLA): 
Electron-beam (e-beam) is a wafer defect inspection and review system which captures high resolution images of defects to produce an accurate representation of the defect population on a wafer.

•	As an architect, responsible for defining scalable, maintainable, and extendable architecture for a Deep learning-based wafer defect inspection software. Re-architected 20 years old legacy wafer inspection system (Main UI) to a clean extendable plugin architecture confirming to SOLID principles. With the new plugin architecture, full vertical feature could be implemented as stand-alone plugin without making changes to core application. Establish guidelines to govern plugin development process covering areas like coding standard, versioning, backward compatibility, documentation, test framework etc. 

•	•	Re-designed and implemented core inspection recipe execution engine to a nested ‘Directed Acyclic Graph’ based workflow engine where each node in the graph represents an individual operation or a DAG of operations. DAG execution engine is implemented with custom DAG data structure along with core graph algorithms to ‘detect cycle’, ‘sequence and schedule operations’, ‘nested DAG execution’,  ‘support Pause, Cancel, Resume execution’ and ‘optimize overall execution time by executing in parallel’.  DAG based workflow engine allows new operations to be introduced into workflow seamlessly without touching core run engine.

•	Improved the throughput of the SMARTs data pipeline by using modern frameworks and libraries like gRPC and ProtoBuf. Implemented data pipeline using gRPC between MainUI and external service like SPOT to exchange data.

•	Strong experience in legacy CI/CD flow using Jenkins and modern CI/CD flow using Azure DevOps. Improved the way software being developed in eBeam by coaching the division on industry best practices like CI, TDD, BDD, AOP and DevOps. Developed BDD based integration test framework in MainUI to test BL without UI.

Atmel Studio is Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for developing and debugging embedded AVR & ARM applications. The Atmel Studio IDE gives a seamless and easy-to-use environment to write, build, and debug C/C++ and assembler code. 

Technology – C# (Frontend UI and SDK), C++(debugger) and TCF 

Responsibilities:
•	As a lead for debugger development team in Atmel India R&D provided me breadth of opportunities to apply core CS concepts close to hardware like Microcontroller architecture (AVR8, AVR32, ARM Cortex M7, and M0+), instruction set, memory model, application code execution model, flash loaders, compiler optimizations, code generation and Debugging data formats (DWARF).

•	Designed and developed various cutting-edge debugging features for Atmel Studio (IDE for embedded programming) including Line breakpoint, Data breakpoints, Program counter tracing, Code coverage, Call stack, variable watch and optimized code debugging for AVR and ARM architectures. Gained experience working with prototype hardware kit and FPGA boards with early version of MCU to develop debugging features for the same.

•	As a member of “Architecture and Technology group” in Atmel, responsible for defining architecture and technology road map of product. Diligently followed and trained team on Agile methodologies and TDD to ensure high quality maintainable software. Establish guidelines to govern framework (SDK) development process. Guidelines covers areas like coding standard, versioning, backward compatibility, documentation, test framework etc. 

•	Promoted Continuous delivery of SDK by enforcing automated coding and design violation checks using FxCop in delivery pipeline. Develop a well-rounded framework (SDK) which is intuitive, maintainable, and extendable
