Karthik Rao is a self-taught Full Stack Web Developer and AI enthusiast with over 11 years of relevant experience. He is passionate about learning the latest technologies and finding opportunities to apply them to develop products that solve real-world challenges. Karthik loves collaborative teamwork and a charged startup-like work environment. Karthik has worked in large teams on several projects with clients from diverse industries and geographies as an SAP ABAP developer. He has also worked as a web developer in a couple of startups with a small team. Currently, he is working as Lead Software Engineer at 5C Network, where he holds the position of Head of Engineering. In his past experiences, Karthik has developed responsive UI for Chat app components on a client's website in accordance with design specification and implemented the UI and functionality for several core pages of Mitter's web developer console using React. He has also co-developed a complex business communication and organizer app for a multinational client using React Native. As a Freelance Software Engineer and Technical Consultant, Karthik collaborated with a client to draw up the design for an Android reporting app and supervised the client's team of two Android developers to complete the app development. Karthik's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from IIIT Bangalore, and a React Nanodegree and AI for Healthcare from Udacity. Karthik's tech stack includes Web, Senior Software Engineer, AI, Software Engineer, Mobile, UI, React Native, and Android. He is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the latest technologies and is enthusiastic about finding new and innovative solutions to solve real-world problems.
