Karthik Suresh is a technical leader with a passion for improving digital services for customers. With over 9 years of experience in the digital performance industry, Karthik has become an expert in digital delivery services such as Content Delivery Network (CDN), DNS, Cloud Computing, Content Management Systems (CMS), Microservices, API, and Networking. He is also experienced in recommending and building observability strategies using synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring, and employee monitoring. Currently, Karthik is the Director of Professional Services at Catchpoint, where he manages a team of 15+ digital performance experts. His team helps enterprise customers with on-boarding, monitoring applications, incident detection, root cause analysis (RCA), performance analysis, and providing recommendations to improve end-user experience. Prior to his current role, Karthik was a Manager of Professional Services and a Team Lead at Catchpoint. In these roles, he was responsible for staffing, mentoring, training, and resource allocation for projects in the Professional Services team. He also managed the complete customer lifecycle, including service kick-off, defining workflow playbook, product implementation, tracking deliverables, and handling escalations. Karthik helped sales executives with scoping, proof of concept, defining SOW, and pricing for managed services. Additionally, he represented the PS team on quarterly review meetings with the Executive leadership team to present investments, gross margin profits, cross-functional challenges, and team updates. Karthik holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from B N M Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He has also developed expertise in Microservices and Web technologies. With his vast experience and expertise, Karthik is an asset to any team looking to improve their digital services and customer experience.
