Karthikeyan Gopalakrishnan is a seasoned Data and Analytics Leader with over two decades of experience in driving excellence in various domains such as Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, CPG Retail, Market Research, and Collections & Card Services. Currently, he is working as the Director of Data and Analytics Practice for Banking Financial Services & Capital Markets at Genpact, where he defines client propositions and reviews options for an underlying business model to maximize profitable revenue growth. Karthikeyan has a diverse background, having worked in different roles such as Assistant Vice President Operations at Genpact and Manager Operations at Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd. He has experience in managing client services and reporting verticals, data management, and motivating teams to deliver high performance, among other things. He has also established effective internal processes and a KPI-based performance and incentive system. Karthikeyan has completed a Masters in Leading the Next Generation Enterprise from Emeritus School of Management in partnership with Columbia School of Business in 2017. He also completed an AYLP - General Management Program from ISB in 2016 and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Madras in 1999. Karthikeyan's technical skills include being a Research Scientist. He has relevant experience of 19.03 years in the industry. With his expertise in data and analytics, he has been able to drive operational excellence and deliver creative solutions to clients. He has a proven track record of managing client expectations and building relationships with clients, industry partners, thought leaders, and others to develop a community. Karthikeyan is a SAFe® Agilist (SA) and is well-versed in agile methodologies.
