Prior to joining FICO, Karthikeyan worked as a Senior Software Engineer - DevOps at Genesys, where he gained hands-on experience in Docker, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, and monitoring tools like New Relic and Zabbix. He also worked as a DevOps Engineer at Gain Credit, where he managed application services running on AWS. Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Madha Engineering College and an Engineer's Degree from SBOA Matric HR Sec School. He has a strong tech stack, including AWS, DevOps, New Relic, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Python, MySQL, Microservices, ECS, Elastic Search, Kafka, Flask, Integration, Web, and NodeJS.
