Karthikeyan Vinnarasu is a UiPath Certified RPA expert, RPA Solution Architect, and Lead Automation Developer at PPG Coatings with over 11 years of relevant experience. He has expertise in developing end-to-end RPA solutions, including feasibility study, designing architecture, development, testing, and deployment with UiPath. Karthikeyan has implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for leading consumer goods manufacturers and paint manufacturers in the world, resulting in 80 FTE savings. Karthikeyan has experience in leading a 5-member automation development team, helping them in meeting deadlines. He has developed automations across ERPs (SAP and Oracle) and has a good understanding of customers' operations, identifying opportunities for automation. He advises customers on process automation by optimizing or re-engineering their business processes and operations using RPA solutions. Karthikeyan is responsible for managing and leading teams of RPA consultants for end-to-end delivery of the process automation. He prioritizes shifting workload in rapidly changing environments and manages deadlines, ensuring implementation and operational consistency across projects. He is also responsible for building business cases and providing dependable estimates on RPA solutions. He presents the RPA solutions and process improvement metrics in customer meetings and workshops. Karthikeyan has built a library of reusable components, consumed by peer developers, and has built the necessary technical competencies to support the business. He provides training in RPA tools and facilitates process discovery workshops. He participates in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space, building rapport with technology partners and key customers for a win/win partnership, knowing opportunities with partners and customers, updated on key technology trends, therefore impressing customers with our new trends knowledge. Before joining PPG Coatings, Karthikeyan worked at Cognizant as an Associate-RPA Team Lead and at Verizon as a Software Engineer. He has a B.E in Computer Science from Anna University and a Higher Secondary degree in Computer Science from B.S Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
