Kartica Modi is a highly motivated Electrical Engineering undergraduate from IIT Roorkee, with a passion for competitive programming and a special interest in data structures and algorithms. She has demonstrated her technical prowess by participating and excelling in the ACM ICPC Regionals '19 competition. Currently, she is working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she has been involved in developing cutting-edge software solutions. She has also completed an SDE '20 Internship at Microsoft, where she gained valuable experience in the field of software engineering. Kartica is a versatile individual who is not only interested in software development but also has a keen interest in the fields of machine learning and deep learning. Her diverse skillset includes experience in software engineering, deep learning, and machine learning. During her time at IIT Roorkee, Kartica was an active member of the student mentorship program, where she mentored a group of 7 first-year students. She organized regular meetings and doubt-clearing sessions for them, which helped ease their transition from home to college. Kartica has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT Roorkee. She has also completed her schooling from GD Salwan Public School.
