Kartik Arora is a product-oriented software engineer with over 6 years of experience in software development, leading and growing tech teams, and building scalable products and software architecture. He is the Co-founder and CTO of ElevateHQ, a no-code SaaS platform that automates sales commissions for small and mid-size sales teams and enables real-time visibility of commissions to sales leaders, finance leaders, and sales reps. The platform is backed by top investors, including Leo Capital, Veda.VC, 100XEntrepreneurs, PointOne Capital, and other angels. Kartik has spent most of his time building tech for venture-funded startups from seed to series B and a public company. He is a member of the Thiel Fellowship Community under the Peter Thiel Foundation and has been featured in CNBC TV18 Young Turks, Times of India, and YourStory. He was also a finalist at the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards South Asia 2013 and awarded as the Best College Startup of 2012 by Delhi University. Moreover, he was recognized as one of the Fabulous 14 College Entrepreneurs of India by Gold Nib Organization. Prior to ElevateHQ, Kartik worked as an Engineering Manager at Zuellig Pharma Digital & Data, where he managed multiple products, B2B and B2C, and multiple engineering teams, leads, doing monthly 1-1s. He reviewed and built architecture design across products for mobile, web, and backend, and improved, set up, and streamlined SDLC processes and engineering productivity. He built a healthcare super app with over 1M users (#1 app on app stores) and a field sales management SaaS product for sales teams to manage their visits to healthcare providers. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Skyscanner, where he worked with NodeJs, React, AWS, Apache Parquet, and Python. Kartik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiv Nadar University, and a High School Diploma from Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Product Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, Azure, Mobile, Backend, Web, NodeJS, Flutter, AWS, and Golang. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Kartik is an expert in building and scaling tech products and leading tech teams.
