Kartik Dokania is a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace Enthusiast and Systems Engineer, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of UAS capabilities in India. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and has over 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as a Senior Systems Engineer at newspace research and technologies, where he is responsible for designing and testing complex systems for UAS products. Kartik's expertise lies in UAS/Drone Product Development and Management, Systems Design, Integration, and Testing. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects in these domains. At his previous company, Asteria Aerospace, he served as a Senior Engineer - Systems Integration and Systems Engineer, where he was heavily involved in gathering product requirements and systems requirements definition. He also defined the entire workflow for an internal software product, from requirements gathering and release planning to systems testing, certification, and deployment. Additionally, he led the systems integration and testing for a small fixed-wing UAS product under development. Kartik has garnered significant accident investigation and analysis experience and played an important role in inculcating relevant safety measures into the products he has worked on. He is also spearheading the transformation of process flow of all internal software products to improve resource efficiency. Kartik holds a Master's Degree in Physics from BITS Pilani and completed his schooling from Centre Point School, Katol Road, Nagpur. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Integration and Test. He is always looking for new opportunities in the Aviation/Aerospace domain, where he can utilize his skills and experience to drive innovation and create value.
