Kartik Gotharwal is a highly motivated and dedicated Management Intern at AECOM, with over 6 years of experience in the construction industry. He is currently working on the Pune Metro Rail Project, which spans over 33.033 KM. Kartik is a quick learner and implementer who is always willing to take on new challenges. He considers himself a responsible, creative, and punctual individual with excellent interpersonal skills, which allows him to work effectively in teams and under high pressure. Kartik has a degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from ITM University, Gwalior, and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate degree in Project Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR). He believes that self-improvement, self-development, and self-discovery are the keys to personal growth. Kartik has worked as a Construction Coordinator at Engineers India, where he was responsible for the cost control, inspection, delay analysis, cost optimization, project scheduling, and monitoring of the Dangote Refinery Nigeria project. He has also worked as a Senior Engineer at Sharad Constructions, where he oversaw the billing and construction of the admin building and production plant in Mepro Pharmaceutical. Kartik's experience in the construction industry has given him a deep understanding of project planning and estimation, as well as the ability to manage and optimize costs. He is a skilled problem solver who can quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions. Kartik is passionate about his work and is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
