Kartik Kaklotar is an experienced Software Engineer at STAAH with a strong background in Python programming, AWS, Data Visualization, and Perl. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University in Ahmedabad. Currently, Kartik is a part of a 7-member development team at STAAH, where he has worked on creating and maintaining the company's channel division. He has used Python programming language to develop an efficient network within the company and integrated and managed APIs with more than five meta OTAs, including Google, Trivago, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, and more. Additionally, he has built APIs on AWS Lambda for delta updates in Meta OTAs using API Gateway. Kartik has also enhanced pre-developed OTA APIs and has extensive knowledge of OTA APIs working with STAAH. Some of the OTAs he has worked with include Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Goibibo, Synxis, Hostel World, Shiji, TravelOka, HRS, Hotelbeds group, and Simple booking. Prior to his current role, Kartik worked as a Trainee at STAAH, where he combined two roles as a Python developer and OTA integration developer. He learned Perl scripting and gained an understanding of the streams of the Channel Integration part in STAAH. He also conducted research and development in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis and solved specialized OTA issues detailed by clients. Kartik's technical skills include Software Engineering, AWS, Python, Integration, Redis, NoSQL, and MongoDB. He has relevant experience of 4.20 years in the hospitality industry. Overall, Kartik is a strong engineering professional with a passion for software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
