Currently, Kartik serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Mphasis, where he is responsible for developing and improving the user experience of the Fosfor suite's Lumin product. This AI-based augmented analytics platform helps businesses monetize data at speed and scale, providing best-in-class capabilities for customers. Kartik's role involves building and maintaining the product, ensuring its seamless integration with clients' systems, and helping business users get insights from their data. Before joining Mphasis, Kartik worked as a Product Engineer at L&T, where he was part of the team that built Fosfor. This startup was later acquired by LTI, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. At L&T, Kartik played a crucial role in developing the Leni product, an AI-based augmented analytics platform that was later rebranded to Lumin. He worked on improving the user experience for enterprise clients, ensuring the platform's scalability and reliability, and integrating it with other systems. Kartik also worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Deloitte, where he was involved in building the tech team and application from the ground up. He worked on various projects, including building a Digital Asset Management App called JdVault, an Analytics Application to track the metrics of Ad Campaigns running on different Adservers, and a Search Price biding Model for Ad-running on different Ad Servers.
