With over 6 years of experience in managing high-performing teams and leveraging data and automation to drive results, Kartik is well-equipped to take on any challenge. Currently working as a Program Manager at Uber, Kartik is responsible for managing strategic initiatives and support operations in India South Asia. He has successfully launched and scaled driver vaccination camps, managed analytics and insights for driver operations, led safety initiatives, and redesigned driver support features, all of which have contributed to the growth and success of the platform. Prior to his current role, Kartik worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Uber, where he led strategy and insights for driver support operations in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He was responsible for generating high-quality, insightful results, monitoring and validating impact, and refining solutions as needed. Before joining Uber, he worked as a Business Analyst at Airtel. Kartik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Vellore Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he is an avid coffee drinker and fitness enthusiast, with a passion for mountaineering and diving. With his strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and passion for growth, Kartik is a valuable asset to any organization.
