Kartik Soneji is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in developing custom Salesforce Lightning Web Apps using Salesforce Apex and official tooling. He is highly proficient in Java, C++ and JavaScript, and skilled in Microsoft Office, Data Analysis and Video editing. Kartik is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, and is expected to graduate in 2023. Kartik's current role is as a Software Developer at Geminid Systems, where he has worked on adding Android support to the iOS only mobile application written in React Native. He has also worked with the sfdx cli and the Salesforce REST API to design a client-side Workbench. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Development Intern at Geminid Systems, where he researched and evaluated new technologies to see if they were a good fit for the products. He also set up CI/CD pipelines and automated unit testing for GitLab repositories, and conducted skill-based interviews with novel challenges for various positions within the company. Kartik has also worked as a Google Summer of Code: Student Developer at MariaDB Foundation, where he worked on removing the compile time dependencies on compression libraries and deferring them to run time instead. This allowed users to choose any combination of compression libraries without needing to recompile the server. Kartik's education history includes a XII ISC Board from CISCE, and a X ICSE Board from CISCE, both from N.L. Dalmia High School in India. He is proficient in a range of tech stacks, including Software Engineering, Salesforce, Javascript, iOS, Mobile, Web, Java, React Native, Android, CI/CD, and test.
