Kartika Khunt is a highly motivated Software Engineer II (Associate Tech. Arch- SW Dev) at Microland Limited with a passion for working in the field of data analytics. She believes in teamwork and creativity and has a tenacious nature, never losing hold of a problem until she finds a solution. With 4.20 years of relevant experience, Kartika has a sound knowledge of different machine learning algorithms and has experienced various analytics tasks ranging from data cleaning to complex visualization. She also has a good understanding of programming languages like Python. Kartika is doing additional courses in Data Mining for Business Intelligence, through which she has exposure to all machine learning algorithms. In addition, she has worked as part of the Next Generation Technology Cadre- Automation team at Microland Limited and has contributed to the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. As part of this initiative, she led a team of 39 members involved in various demand-driven initiatives in the area of Education and Woman health & hygiene. She also organized major health camps and workshops for girl students regarding health and hygiene. Kartika has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She is proficient in ML, Software Engineering, Python, Data Science, Ansible, Integration, and Django. Kartika is passionate about going further deep into the data science and machine learning field and believes that an internship would help her substantially in achieving that goal. She hopes to cultivate numerous practical skills from this internship.
