Kartikey Mishr is a passionate Java Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience in Cloud Microservices Architecture. He is currently working as a Java Full Stack Developer at IBM, where he is responsible for building modern PWAs using React and Redux with RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot. He has designed multiple RESTful Microservices for Drug Utilization Review (DUR) programs and converted a monolithic F/E application to a more scalable microfrontend architecture with React + Redux. He has also integrated newly designed microfrontend applications with their designated backend web services. In his previous role as a Trainee at Barco, Kartikey gained valuable experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UPES and is proficient in Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API Development, Web development with React, SQL and NoSQL. He is a skilled software engineer with expertise in Backend and Frontend development, and has experience in using Jenkins, Bamboo, Spark, and Docker. Kartikey is a dedicated professional who follows a Test-Driven Development methodology using JUnit and Mockito. He has implemented Event Driven Architecture based Microservices with Apache Kafka Messaging System and designed and developed REST APIs using Hystrix commands and Feign clients for efficient fault tolerance and handling fallback mechanisms. He has also implemented adapters to transform incoming Messages from XMLs to JSONs before feeding them to the application.
