Kartikey Rajvaidya is a highly skilled Senior Member of Technical Staff 2 with extensive experience in software engineering, testing, and research. Currently working at fyle, he has made significant contributions to the development and maintenance of a sophisticated and powerful "Policy Engine" for the expense management system, helping companies save huge sums of money by having a set of rules for expense reimbursements. Kartikey is a versatile professional with a wide range of skills and expertise. He has designed, implemented, and owned an advanced "Duplicate Detection" feature for the expense management system, helping companies detect and avoid duplicate reimbursements and saving huge amounts of money. He has also built a "Risk score" feature single-handedly from requirements to implementation phase, which helped CFOs/Managers of any company in identifying anomalies among the reimbursement filed by their employees. As a leader of the "Policy" team, Kartikey is responsible for building and owning ~8 critical user-facing features. He is involved in all phases of the product life-cycle, from requirement gathering via customer interviews, documenting business and functional requirements based on research, drafting design mockups, writing Engineering design, to finally implementing the feature and testing it. Kartikey has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from D.Y Patil College of Engineering, Pune, and completed his 10+2 education in Science from Krishna Public School, Raipur.
