Kartikeya Arora is a highly motivated Software Developer with a passion for Cloud and DevOps. He is currently an Associate Product Reliability Engineer at Harness, where he works with the startup tech and engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company. With his expertise in planning, designing, and developing cloud-based applications, he manages cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. Kartikeya has gained valuable experience from his previous roles as a DevOps Intern at Advanced and an SDE Intern at Cosmofeed. During his time at Advanced, he provisioned infrastructure on AWS using services such as EC2, CloudFormation, ELB, VPC, and deployed through Harness. He also created deployment workflows with CI/CD Pipelines and worked on self-hosted runners with GitHub Actions. Additionally, he has exposure to building jobs and pipelines on Jenkins and integrated Jfrog artifactory to automate the process. At Cosmofeed, he set up an environment on Elastic Bean Stalk and Code Pipelines, implemented Rate Limiting, Custom Metrics, Alarms, and created Auto-Scaling Policies. He also resolved backend errors related to Nginx and Node.js. Kartikeya has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Sharda University, which he will complete in December 2022. He also holds a 12th-grade certificate in Science (PCM) from Dehradun Public School (DDPS), India. With his extensive knowledge of SRE, DevOps, Software Engineering, UI, AWS, CI/CD, Jenkins, Infra, Node.js, and Backend, Kartikeya is well-equipped to take on any challenge in the field of Cloud and DevOps. He has relevant experience of 0.94 years and is always eager to learn and grow in his career.
