Kartikeya Prajapati is an experienced Sr. UX Designer II at Sentieo, a leading equity research platform. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has worked with both small-scale startups and large organizations to build products that people love. Kartikeya is a product and system thinker with a business strategy perspective in parallel. He is deeply passionate about design, which gives him the opportunity to connect with people, places, and cultures. He has worked through different digital spectrums such as Finance, Education, Agritech, and Analytics, becoming proficient in understanding the different approaches of a product design through practices like User Research & Strategy, End to End Design process, and Interaction design. Kartikeya's process is driven by the type of problem to be solved. He generally starts with recursively asking the Wh-questions and considers design sprints crucial in bringing all the stakeholders together. Coming up with product visions and steps to achieve is one of the common processes he follows. At Sentieo, Kartikeya is responsible for making the platform mobile-friendly to conduct research and get seamless data, information & content for the stock market. He is currently redesigning the mobile app with new features, fresh UX/UI, and conducting user research. Previously, at Coding Ninjas, a leading online tech education company, he designed the learning experience of a real-world classroom in a virtual world. He built UX/UI for an AI-driven chatbot, worked on a doubt-solving portal for TA’s, and redesigned the virtual classroom by adding gamification in the process of student’s online learning with fellow mates, mentors, and teaching assistants. Kartikeya holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Design from BIT and completed his high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya. His tech stack includes designer, research scientist, mobile, product designer, UI, and AI.
