Kartikye Guleria is a Technical Lead at PTC with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field. He is responsible for managing a team of L2 and L3 members, actively collaborating with development for getting root causes and providing a workaround/solution, and resolving team issues and contributing towards customer success. He is also responsible for addressing client requirements and solving their issues, training, resource, and shift management, and managing the knowledge base with all relevant documents for a customer to improve efficiency. Kartikye is constantly improving the process for better communication and effective solutions to incidents. He plans shifts/on calls for L2 & L3 resources and automates manual processes to reduce redundant work in the team. He has worked with various technologies including Java, SQL, AWS, Salesforce, Integration, PHP, MySQL, and Web. Prior to his current role, Kartikye worked as a Cloud Technical Consultant at PTC where he provided continuous product support which included java code debugging, data requirement changes, and application configuration changes on the AWS Linux as well as Windows servers. He also handled multiple projects that included multiple tasks and refreshed and re-hosted production and non-production servers. He resolved cases, enterprise down incidents, and failed integration related to PLM/CAD/IOT/ALM. He has skills in FlexPLM, Windchill, SSO, Java, Oracle SQL, Linux, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Creo/CAD, Thingworx IOT navigate, and Apache. Kartikye has also worked as an Application Developer at Drishti Software Solution where he generated and implemented new deals for an online product. He focused on the functionality of the product using PHP, HTML/CSS, and MySQL. He designed website funnels and developed webpages, including landing and checkout pages, automated email campaigns sent to clients, and designed website enhancement tools to improve the interface. He also fixed bugs from the existing website and implemented enhancements that improved web functionality and speed. Kartikye holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
