Currently, Karun is a Services Application Senior Developer at Zendesk, where he works on building the best customer experiences for the Zendesk platform. Previously, Karun worked as Deputy Manager - Frontend & App Specialist at Jio, where he worked on multiple products and contributed to the development of the Payments app for JioPhone powered by KaiOS. Before joining Jio, Karun worked as an Associate at Cognizant, where he worked in the Banking and Financial domain with Northern Trust Wealth Management. His key responsibilities included making the front-end WCAG 2.0 compliant and developing front-end components using ReactJS. Karun has a Master of Technology degree in Telecommunications and Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University.
