Kashaf Shaikh is a Full Stack Engineer currently working at iProspect with a strong background in Marketing Technology. With over 3.86 years of relevant experience, Kashaf is a skilled ReactJS developer with expertise in Javascript ES6, CSS, JS frameworks, Node, MongoDB, and AWS. She constantly strives to implement creativity in her work and is always thinking of new ideas to create neat, responsive UIs with a persistent emphasis on good UX. Kashaf has a BSc in Computer Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, where she honed her product management and engineering skills. She has worked with several companies in the past, including Dentsu and Nexweave, where she held the positions of Frontend Developer and Full Stack Developer, respectively. At Nexweave, Kashaf created various WordPress eCommerce and marketing sites for clients as well as in-house products. She also started creating a Personalized Videos solution cross-browser Web App in MERN stack from scratch, using technologies like UMIjs, DVAjs, Redux-Saga, Nextjs, and ReactJS. Kashaf has also created a Chrome Extension, using Web APIs for screen/camera and tab recording. She helped new developers catch up to the vast code base, and trained them to be independent developers themselves. Currently, Kashaf is the Lead Software Engineer at iProspect, where she is responsible for improving the code structure, architecture, and the platform's UI/UX apart from just coding. She is an expert in AWS, Frontend, ReactJS, product management, Javascript, MongoDB, Web, Redux, and UI.
