Kashif Siddique is a Senior Software System Design Engineer at AMD, one of the pioneers of the PC industry. With a passion for learning and a curiosity about the workings of technology, Kashif is currently exploring the world of personal computers on the firmware side. Kashif's previous experience includes working as an embedded developer at Terrablue XT, a wearable startup based on IoT and predictive analysis with a mission to make the lives of people with neurological disorders better. He has also undergone an advanced diploma course in embedded systems, and has a strong programming background in C and C++. Kashif has a good exposure to communication protocols such as I2C, CAN, UART, and has successfully deployed BLE communication in one of their devices. Kashif believes that the combination of the internet and electronics is the future of the world, and that it will completely change the way we live. He is fascinated by this technology and likes to contribute his work towards making products that affect the lives of people. With a career spanning 6.86 years, Kashif has worked his way up to his current position as Senior Software System Design Engineer at AMD. He has also held positions such as Software System Designer 2 and Software Development Engineer at the same company. Kashif's education includes an advanced diploma in embedded systems from ISM Univ, a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BRCM College of Engineering and Technology, and he attended Mount Assisi School. Kashif's tech stack includes designer, C, and software engineering. He is constantly looking for challenges through which he can enhance his talent and learn more, and make an impact.
