Kashish Aggarwal is a professional with over 5 years of experience in the development sector, currently working as a Consultant at Lend A Hand India and Co-Founder at Panchkosha Lifestyle. She has a grass-roots experience of working with marginalized communities, youth, fellow changemakers, and government officials. Kashish's key strengths include self-regulation, problem-solving, building relationships, strong planning, and execution. As an Officer- Skill Development, Curriculum Writer, Fellow at Teach for India, and Fellow at School for Social Entrepreneurs, Kashish has been instrumental in carrying out the need-based impact analysis and monitoring of the CSSVHSE policy. She has also assisted the State in identifying new vocational trades, schools, and conducting teacher training for 1910 trainers. Kashish has built cross-industry collaborations, CSR linkages, and implementing partner linkages for driving much impact on the ground, like job fairs for students, guest lectures, vocational teacher training, etc. Kashish is also the Co-Founder of Panchkosha Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise that offers a handcrafted natural and earth-friendly body and home care range. The company partners with SHGs for the packaging and manufacturing of the products. Kashish Sustainability Talk Series is an awareness and outreach arm to the company. The intent behind the talk series is to inspire conversations around a much-needed conscious and sustainable lifestyle. Kashish holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Punjab, and a Summer School degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ashoka University. Kashish's educational background and work experience have equipped her with the necessary skills to drive change and make a meaningful impact in the development sector.
