Kashish Jain is a highly motivated and dedicated B.Tech undergraduate student at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. With a keen interest in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, Kashish is committed to constantly upgrading her knowledge and skills through persistent dedication. She is an active contributor to the Entrepreneurship Cell and Career Development and Corporate Relations Center of IIT Ropar, and is passionate about managing and organizing events. Kashish is currently working as an Analyst Intern, Credit and Fraud Risk, at American Express. In this role, she is responsible for analyzing data to identify fraudulent transactions and mitigating credit risk. Prior to this, Kashish was a part of the Microsoft Engage Program, where she developed a video calling web app using WebRTC, PeerJS, HTML, and EJS. She has also worked as an Outreach Executive at the Entrepreneurship Cell of IIT Ropar, where she planned and executed E-Cell events like InternFair, StartUp Pitching, Talk Series of successful entrepreneurs, and collaborated with startups. Kashish's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Ropar, which she is expected to complete in 2023. She also holds a High School degree from Delhi Public School, Patiala, where she scored an impressive 96% in Class 12 (PCM) CBSE. Additionally, she completed her primary education from St. Xavier's High School, Rampura. Kashish has a strong technical background and is proficient in Python, Pandas, Web development, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. With 0.43 years of relevant experience, she is a quick learner and a valuable asset to any team. Kashish is driven by her passion for technology and is committed to making a positive impact in the industry.
