At HealthEdge, I am managing the Talent Acquisition team and working to re-energize and revamp the Recruiting Function.  Our team handles full lifecycle recruiting and pride ourselves on partnership with Hiring Managers and elevating the Candidate Experience.
* Rebuilt recruiting team with talent partners that brought experience in high volume, technical staffing
*Partnered with managers to revise job descriptions, prepare candidates and panels for interviewing
*Introduced processes, de-brief sessions, metric tracking and reporting out status on open requisitions

•	As part of Adobe Consulting Services, led the Resource Management function for a 450 person consulting team
•	Work in conjunction with Industry Lead Directors and Sales Leadership to determine the demand of the business, the cadence of staffing and the Resource Analyst headcount needed to support the sold and forecasted project work
•	Revamped the entire staffing workflow in close partnership with the Sales team and consulting leadership to align more closely to the field and realistically project and forecast resource availability on a larger scale forecasting a rolling 13 week forecast
•	Sat with senior leadership team on Deal Approval committee to communicate and proactively identify risks to staffing (i.e. timing, skills, location) in the sales cycle and deal 
•	Introduced a prioritization process for resource requests that allowed the RMO team to work through the upcoming work in an order that reflected the Sales team and Professional Services commitments and revenue priorities
•	Directly manage team of 9 Resource Analysts and coach through a major shift in role description and an overall consulting re-organization.  Hire, oversee on boarding and train new Resource Analysts 
•	Established a Global RMO forum and worked closely with counterparts in India and EMEA to help establish protocols, standard dashboards and reporting.  This also became and a forum for RAs to gain and share knowledge and best practice documentation 
•	Worked closely with the Salesforce PSA tool and sat on the leadership team to help prioritize new development and product fixes as needed
•	Responsible for producing KPI metrics weekly to Professional Services leadership and Sales to track aging on resource placements, scarce skillsets that were effecting staffing times and inform on lead times for roles

•	As member of Senior Leadership of Professional Services,  identify and manage risk in the Portfolio as it relates to staffing, headcount and billings 
•	Maintain billings forecast with project owners, produce data for Finance team to report on progress towards targets and actuals

•	Use Salesforce.com and NetSuite to track the information critical to the daily running of business
*Manage offshore relationship for staff augmentation.  Track headcount, determine scalability and capacity of the offshore team.

Working as a critical member of the Professional Services Organization, I currently manage  the resources in the professional services pool inclusive of project managers, business analyst and software engineers.  Determining the supply and demand of the talent pool, reporting on utilization and billings metrics are some of the key day to day activities in this role.  I work closely with account managers to forecast the pipeline of project work and its impact on headcount, as well as portfolio health and overall billings goals for the business unit.  I help to forecast the customer work and resourcing with a 120 day outlook and work actively with HR and Finance to determine any necessary adjustments to pool of resources as well as mange the recruiting process for Delivery Services.

Worked as a Resource Analyst as part of Oracle's Consulting Subcontractor Program to staff and source subcontractors for client projects covering strategic accounts.  Since joining the company I have worked with the Consulting practice to source subcontracting resources in conjunction with our vast vendor community to assist on critical customer deals such as Dell, Alcoa, and Boeing among many others.  I oversee the full cycle of the hiring process for contractors for my region from resume presentation and screening to on-boarding to ensuring that the Statement of Work is accurate and the vendor paid.
