Katrina Crisostomo is an accomplished Engineer with a strong background in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. Currently working at Lilia, Katrina is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Katrina has worked with a variety of companies in different roles. She has previously served as a Senior Software Engineer at Uplift Inc. and as a Software Engineer at Watsi, where she played an instrumental role in building a technology platform for health financing with governments in emerging markets. Her work included developing Android apps for member enrollment into health coverage and claims submission, as well as a React/Redux web app for claims adjudication and system financial reporting. She also worked on the Rails backend, Postgres database, and deployed with Docker on AWS. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Honours Science from the University of Waterloo, where she graduated in 2017. She also attended St. Augustine CHS from 2008 to 2012. Her technical skills include software engineering, AWS, Docker, Redux, Postgres, backend development, web development, Ruby, and Android.
