He works closely with the product manager to understand requirements, create technical requirement documents and technical design documents, and develop features as per TDD and TRD. Kaushal also writes unit and integration test cases, tests on local, staging, and prod environments, maintains and monitors features/apps, and conducts code reviews. He is also involved in deployment on test and staging servers, and interacts with the design and product team to give KT on existing features. Kaushal is also responsible for building team culture through informal meetings, planning team dinners, and other motivation-building activities. Prior to his current role, Kaushal worked as a Junior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems where he maintained and developed web services using Java and Spring Boot in the financial industry. He was also responsible for unit and integration testing. He has also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at BNY Mellon where he worked on IT automation using Chatbot and developed web applications using Angular. Kaushal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from United College of Engineering and Research, Greater Noida, and a certification in Computer Science from Scaler Academy. He is proficient in software engineering, Python, Spring Boot, Spring, Django, backend development, Java, integration, product management, web development, MySQL, and Jenkins.
