Kaushal Dixit is an experienced data-driven decision-making professional with over 10 years of relevant experience. Currently working as a Manager at Nokia, he is responsible for Sales Strategy and Operations in Master Data Management. Prior to his current role, Kaushal worked as a Senior Consultant at E&Y, where he was part of the Transaction Strategy & Execution team. He has demonstrated experience across multiple industries and is skilled in D&A Strategy, IT management, Operations management, Value Creation, and Performance improvement with strong data and analytics/system understanding. Kaushal has also worked as a Consultant at Gartner, where he was a subject matter expert for Data Analytics. He helped organizations focus on Data Vision and Strategy design, Roadmap and roll out Data Governance, Data Management, Data Security and Protection, including MDM and Data Quality design/assessment, target state, and roadmap definition. Kaushal has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from KIIT University and completed the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2018.
