Kaushal F. is a talented UX Designer and Illustrator with a passion for art and design. He believes that design can elevate almost everything we do in this world. Kaushal's love for design started at a young age when he imitated his brother's artworks and created scribbles in his school notebooks. He honed his design skills during his college days and started making money out of designing logos and advertisements for acquaintances. Although he earned a degree in engineering and landed a job as a software developer, Kaushal did not give up on his dream of having a career in design. He chose the field of User Experience and Interface design as it called to all his passions - creativity, problem-solving in the tech-space, and the scope of making things beautiful and powerful. Kaushal has been working as a UX Designer for over 6 years and has gained extensive experience in User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Sketching, Illustration, and Visual Design. Currently, Kaushal is working as a UX Designer 2 at Zeta. Prior to this, he worked as a Lead User Interface Designer at Intugine Technologies, where he led the design vision and overhauled the visual design for all digital products at the organization. He also collaborated with engineers, product managers, business teams, and the company leadership to help define product requirements and road map. Kaushal built a design library of reusable styles and components in Figma and an in-house design system documentation to unify teams along a common design language. He also worked on 3 iterations of the company website design in 2 years and collaborated with the leadership team and the marketing team to develop the company's brand. Kaushal's past experience also includes working as a Software Developer at Great-West Financial, where he worked on digital and print designs for team and organization events. Kaushal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Apart from design, Kaushal's interests include music, cinema, games, and books. He is constantly educating and refining himself to be a better individual with every passing day. Kaushal's thirst for design and the zeal to share it with the world keeps him up at night.
