Kaushal Sali is a creative software developer with a passion for audio. Currently working as a Core Audio System Software Engineer at Apple, Kaushal has over 2 years of relevant experience in the field. Kaushal's journey into the tech industry began with his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology. He then pursued a Master's degree in Music Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, which helped him combine his love for music with his technical skills. During his time at Georgia Tech, Kaushal developed the GrooveMachine web app, a step sequencer that uses computational systems to create music. He redesigned the interface and implemented animations using Pixi.js while also working on the audio pipeline using Tone.js. This project aimed to foster interest in computer science among children through music-driven exploration. Kaushal has also worked as a Software Engineer at eQ Technologic, where he developed the UI for eQube-MI, a data migration and integration product using Javascript with Backbone and Marionette frameworks. He contributed to the design decisions and developed the complete UI for the job-queuing feature of the product.
