Kaushalendra Yadav is a seasoned CEO with almost two decades of experience in the software services industry. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Infosys, Applied Materials, and Symphony Teleca. In 2018, he joined Farmveda as CEO, a brand that is fully owned by farmers, replicating the AMUL model for non-dairy farmers. Farmveda is a for-profit social enterprise founded by Dr. Trilochan Sastry, a professor at IIM Bangalore, with investments from the Tata Trust and Infosys co-founder. Kaushalendra is fully committed to Professor Sastry's vision of building cooperatives and helping farmers do the processing and marketing to improve their livelihoods. Prior to joining Farmveda, Kaushalendra co-founded Mantra.ai, a tech firm that specializes in AI and software development. He served as COO and helped the company solve complex real-world problems by leveraging expertise in various aspects of AI, built upon a robust team of data scientists. Kaushalendra has a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Program in Management from Sunstone. Currently, Kaushalendra is working with the Centre for Collective Development (CCD), a non-profit organization that works with small and marginal farmers towards improving their livelihoods by educating them in collective methods of pool & sell, processing, market links, and sustainable agri practices. CCD is present in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Maharashtra, impacting the lives of over 40,000 farmers. Kaushalendra is responsible for reaching out to CSR for CCD. Kaushalendra's tech stack includes AI, Deep Learning, ML, Mobile, and Software Engineering. He has relevant experience of 18.96 years and is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and improve the lives of people.
