Kaushick Pinto is a Senior User Experience Designer at PwC with over 7 years of experience in the User Experience, Software Development, and Application Support industry. Kaushick is a Senior Associate - UX Design at PwC's acceleration center, where he is responsible for translating complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions. He conducts primary and secondary research and quick rounds of usability testing to articulate the strategy behind design decisions and incorporate Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile principles. Kaushick proactively engages with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts. He quickly visualizes and prototypes ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and/or prototypes. Kaushick also supports and collaborates with development teams throughout the implementation cycle and delivers detailed design flows and specifications to ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process. Prior to working at PwC, Kaushick was a UX Designer and Enterprise System's Engineer at Unisys, where he was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based custom applications for the organization. He conducted user research and integrated UX/UI design and performed required enhancements as per Design Guidelines and user research. Kaushick created effective, intuitive UX and visual UI designs for Web Applications, developed wireframes and prototypes as per end-user needs, and ensured applications were integrated with other front-end applications. He also promoted innovation within the team and project to enhance business opportunity. Kaushick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Electronics from MS Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce. He also holds a UG Diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT and completed his Pre-University education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from St. Joseph's Pre-University College. Kaushick started his education journey with his Primary Education at Cluny Convent High School.
