Kaushik Khushalbhai Thacker is a marketing, data, and product enthusiast with over 6 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission. Previously, he worked as Marketing & Growth at WinZO and Management Trainee - PPO at Nivea India. At Nivea India, Kaushik devised a sustainable strategy for expanding the numeric distribution of Nivea in both direct and indirect channels. He performed demographic analysis and competitive benchmarking to assess the business potential of towns across 8 states/UTs. He visited 36 towns/4 states to appoint new sub distributors, appointed 21 new sub distributors contributing to annual revenue increase of 0.5 Million (realized) and 6 Million (projected). He also proactively took up data visualization of the sales historic data using Tableau and Oracle Business Intelligence and identified the required dashboards and designed the prototype by creating the different metrics pertaining to the business needs. Kaushik holds a PGPM in Marketing & Finance from Management Development Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Dharmsihn Desai University, and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Data Science from DataCamp.
