Kaushik M. is a seasoned User Experience Designer and Design Thinker with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently the Principal Product Designer at HeadsUp, a company that identifies Product Qualified Leads and pushes them into the sales workflow to increase conversion rates. In this role, Kaushik provides design leadership and collaborates with Engineering and Sales teams to shape the direction of the product. Prior to joining HeadsUp, Kaushik was the Staff UX Designer at Harness, where he was the first designer in the R&D team. Harness is a software delivery platform that enables users to automate the entire software development lifecycle. At Harness, Kaushik provided design leadership, guidance, and mentorship for UX projects. He solved fundamental concepts and inspired the organization through his design solutions. He also took several projects and initiatives from ideas to implementation, including building Developer experience products, Marketplace, Template Library, and YAML Builder. Kaushik also spent time at Facebook as a Senior Product Designer (Enterprise), where he led the design and optimization of Finance Products and converted business needs to design opportunities. He designed the experience for Facebook in the Enterprise Space and owned the design experiences for several Enterprise Products at Facebook, including Financial Planning, Billing & Revenue, Corporate Credit Card management, Facebook Insights, and Global Outsourcing. Kaushik holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Interaction Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is skilled in designing interaction models, user-centered design patterns, scenarios, high fidelity prototypes, rich visual user-interaction solutions, and user interface specifications for web and mobile applications. He has a strong tech stack that includes product design, Mobile, Web, and Software Engineering. Kaushik is a creative problem solver and a strategic thinker who is passionate about designing products that enhance user experience.
