Kaushik Mahandeo is a Software Engineer at ValueMomentum with a passion for learning and a drive to excel in his work. He began his career in September 2018 as a Product Specialist - Technical at Cognizant and has since moved on to work with ValueMomentum. Kaushik completed his graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from NIT Silchar and has been a curious learner since his academic years. He is always eager to explore new technologies and has a strong background in software engineering, SQL, UI, Java, and Integration. In addition to his technical skills, Kaushik has a strong work ethic and a dedication to his profession that keeps him motivated. He was the Placement Co-ordinator for his batch of 2018, showcasing his leadership skills and ability to work well in a team. Prior to his work at Cognizant, Kaushik was a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology. His experience in research has given him a unique perspective on problem-solving and a strong foundation in data analysis.
