Kaushik Mukherjee is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. He is currently the Sr Director of Software Engineering and India Site Leader for Digital Service Technology at GE Healthcare. He leads the Digital Transformation and Software Engineering portfolio for the Connectivity and Remote Service suite of products at GE Healthcare. Kaushik is responsible for the Product Development, Digital Transformation, and DevOps outcomes for the Global Services function of GE Healthcare. Kaushik has successfully driven multiple key Digital Transformation initiatives across GE's various business functional domains, building large teams focused on delivering tangible outcomes in operational excellence, cost deflation, and business productivity through FastWorks/Agile driven software engineering, intelligent automation (AI/ML), product development/digitization, and change management. His previous experiences comprise long stints in marketing, sales, and business development roles. Kaushik has grown and led multiple global teams, delivering critical outcomes across business functions and technologies such as Oracle ERP, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Web Apps. Kaushik's current role involves driving Digital Transformation and Custom Product Development in the Connectivity and Remote Services space for GE Healthcare's global connected install base, supporting over 280K+ systems. He is also the site leader for the Digital Service Technology team at GE Healthcare DT in Bangalore, India, responsible for building digital solutions in the Service Analytics, CRM, Field services, and Remote services space. Kaushik has a PGDM in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a BE in Electronics and Communication from RVCE. He also has an ISC in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science from The Frank Anthony Public School and an ICSE in English, Science, Social Studies, Hindi from St Germain High School. Kaushik's tech stack includes AI, DevOps, ML, AWS, Web, and Data Scientist.
