Kaushik Rishi is a driven and ambitious Software Developer currently pursuing his final year of B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sricity. With a strong technical background, Kaushik has interned at top companies such as Salesforce, Neverinstall, and Loyalytics during his undergraduate years, gaining valuable experience in software development. Currently, Kaushik is exploring the field of DevOps and is keen on learning technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus. He has a keen interest in niche areas of backend development like Microservices, WebSockets, WebRTC, and Containers, and is looking forward to exploring them in the future. Kaushik is passionate about exploring different areas of computer science and is particularly interested in open-source applications and Linux. Kaushik has been an active member of various programming clubs such as IOTA (Software development club in college) and has mentored students at Google Developer Students club IIIT Sricity about backend development as a Web Dev Lead. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer Intern at Salesforce, where he has built an Autoscale DCE Engine for automatically scaling the Salesforce database cells all over the world. He has also worked with Argus, an internal time series monitoring tool, and has used tech stacks such as Python, Jenkins, Argus, Chronicle (internal alerting tool), and Terraform. In the past, Kaushik has worked as a Software Developer Engineer Intern at Neverinstall, where he worked on the frontend application in React JS and implemented serverless functions using Hasura as a middleman. He has also worked as a Web Development Intern at Loyalytics Consulting, where he built an internal applicant tracking system and a code execution frontend. Additionally, he designed an IOT pipeline for handling pings from Bluetooth beacon devices, using tech stacks such as Vue JS, Azure serverless functions, Redis, and Flutter. Kaushik's technical expertise includes Software Engineering, Salesforce, Backend development, Web development, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Microservices, DevOps, Frontend development, NodeJS, ReactJS, infra, Python, Redis, and Azure. With almost a year of relevant experience, Kaushik is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
