Kaushik Roy is a rational and inquisitive person with a passion for technology and automation. He is a skilled software architect with expertise in design thinking, product development, and setting up precision in process flow and architecture. He is currently the Lead Engineering & Product Team at hack2skill, where he is building and evangelizing technology and automating tasks. Kaushik is an experienced hackathon hustler with several successes and recognitions under his belt, including IISF - 18, Smart India Hackathon -19, and Google Summer of Code - 19. He is also a mentor to hundreds of budding innovators, helping them achieve success in their respective challenges. In addition to his hackathon experience, Kaushik has a knack for logical analysis and building new things. He has been into programming for quite some time now and is always thirsty for learning new skills and technologies. He has also worked as a Design Thinking expert at alphadevs and a Project Manager at anndata_india. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Arya College, where he graduated in 2020. He also completed his Higher Secondary education in PCM & CS from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City in 2015.
