Kaushik Venkatesan is an accomplished Partner Success Manager with a passion for marketing and a strong background in partner management, SaaS sales, B2B sales, ISV vendor management, career consulting, and project management. He also worked as an Engineer at TCS, where he was responsible for managing resource allocation for 35 teams in the healthcare domain, developing and implementing a process to track and close requirements across the domain, and reducing acquiring gap by 50%, which enabled new contracts worth $200,000 within the second week of taking over. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, a PGPM in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from GLIM, and an AISSCE degree in Science with Engineering Graphics from D.A.V.
